This is the digital compact camera I’ve been waiting for – High-End technique (ladies and gents, an APS-C-sensor like in, for example, the Canon EOS 7D) with the look and feel of a vintage analog viewfinder camera. Although the price will be really tough (approx. 1000 $), and I won’t find any rational reasons to buy it, I’m pretty sure I can’t resist getting one.

Allthough, this probably wasn’t Notch’s actual idea, the day his Pay Pal account was frozen due to suspiciously high amount of incoming transactions quite possibly made him wonder. Imagine you invent an incredibly potent designer drug for which – even though the formula isn’t even finished yet – people all around the world kick in your door to get a piece of. That’s what Minecraft is. An instantly addicting sandbox game and larger than Facebook time sink.
